Our principal and secretary of our elementary school are both retiring this year. Both have been with the school about 25 years. We want to do something to acknowledge them for all they have done, but also keep low key as they are both very humble about everything they do.

What have others done for retiring principal's? We want to do something that involves the students and families so they can say thanks and good bye?
