I am in the midst of planning for the school auction which is three weeks away. Don't know what I was thinking when I agreed to be the co-chair! BUT, I have a neat tool for signing up the many needed volunteers. I have been using Center'd which lets me put my list online and then watch and wait as people sign up! No more emails, spreadsheets - it's all there for everyone to see. They even send out reminders to people. They have a neat page where you can pick from a bunch of ready made plans (auction included) or make your own.
