Met a little resistance at our recent parent club meeting - many concerns regarding the cost the event might accrue for the individual family. Any ideas how to make a dish for say 100 people as inexpensively as possible - remember this is an ethnic food event. Children and parents researching their ethnicity and providing a dinner/ dessert or traditional game etc from a background of choice. Attempting to tie into Thanksgiving theme - $5.00/person to enter $20.00 family cap and a food item to donate to the local pantry run by our church. Planning a guess the ethnic music game - any other ideas for entertainment???? Anxiously awaiting any replies!!! Thanx!!
