I have searched the archives and have come up with a few ideas, but I am looking for more. One idea that I like for an activity is the sand art...but using pre-sweetened Kool-Aid instead of sand. Another idea that my daughter thought about was having a treasure hunt in a pool of sand, but having the kids use their feet instead of their hands.
Has anybody tried either of these or have even better ideas? I would really love to make this a fun family event.
