If you search these boards for " family game night" you will get dozens of hits on this topic.. it may be faster than waiting for answers to come in here at the rate of one or 2 a day! good luck!

We did one family night with free snacks and one with pizza slices and pop that we sold at cost. Our families liked the meal idea better. We did limit the serving time for the dinner though because we needed to use the cafeteria for part of our games. What kind of food you do should be based on what time your event is. If it's over the meal time, then I'd go with a low cost or free quick supper like pizza or hot dogs.

I guess I don't know what to tell you about the english/spanish issue. I know I wouldn't feel right about segregating the games based on language. The idea of a family night is to bring your families together not divide them.

Hey Rocky, watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat.
