We did a Pumpkin contest at work and to create our " seed packets" we ordered bulk pumpkin seeds from a catalog, got small manila envelopes and then printed our own labels. Took a little time to put them together, but they were completely custom that way (just don't forget to include growing instructions either on the label, or inside the envelope). good luck!!
