Wow - this is my story from years ago - we worked with our staff to create an organization that met the needs of the faculty and then built our parents and involvement up along the way. Our school is two years old and so is the PTO. We have been having some problems with getting things to run smoothly. I dont know if it is lack of direction from the president, lack of volunteers or just our board members. How can we get on one accord and make our events run more smoothly..
