I don't know if this is a solution or not, but maybe a reassurance. Our children go to a school that is about that far away, and for the most part-our turnout is pretty good. Of course you will have a few that will not come, but I am sure that the "die-hards" will still come, and think of what a turn out you'll have next year!

Hello everyone!! Our school has been relocated for one year in order for construction of our new school to be completed. While we are excited that our children will eventually have a brand new school, our temporary school is a considerable distance from the original one. This presents challenges for after school events, as many of the parents may not want to drive an extra 20 minutes to get to the school. Does anyone have any ideas for school spirit building activities that can be conducted during the school day?? Any help or ideas is greatly appreciated!!
