Try using the parts of a clock....the face, the hands, the numbers.....it takes all kind to make something work. Assemble a giant clock one item at a time....and demonstrate that a unit works only if all the parts are there.
Does anyone have any ideas for a short skit about the importance of joining the PTA? Maybe involving a handful of students? Thinking about doing this at the first PTA meeting!
