Our school has been a PTA for years but is considering changing to PTO. Can someone tell me how difficult of a transition that it is? And also, can the officers alone decide to change or must it be brought before a meeting and voted on my all members. Since school has not started and we haven't collected dues yet, we were thinking that the officers could vote whether to change or not. Can someone give me some advice or tell me where to go to find out?
