My3strongtikes,
I didn't see this post before the holiday's but I'll send over our form in case you need it for next year. We also purchase and run our own Santa's Shop and it has gone quite well. Hope you had a great one this year!

Sure, here's what we send out:

************ Elementary School
Holiday SHOP

The ************PTO presents a Holiday Shop for all students during the week of December 10th through December 14th. This is an opportunity for your child to purchase a special gift for family members and present them during the holidays. On the shopping day, many skills are emerging. Students will be listing family members, accounting and budgeting for money to be used, and selecting items to purchase. A math lesson in real life problem solving for the holidays all rolled into one activity. Please note below in the calendar chart, the date your child’s classroom will be attending the Holiday Shop. Students will need to bring or need to know the following on shopping day:

• Only students with money will be going to the shop. Other students will be out enjoying recess with their grade mates.
• A short list of names your child should be considering items for purchase.
• A bag to carry their precious items home.
• Money should be in an envelope with student name and teachers name on it.
• Items are $. 25 cents to $4.00 dollars.
• Please consider keeping your holiday list short, so every child will be able to make a purchase.

Note: Due to limited time to shop and wrap, only Parent or Guardian gifts will be wrapped this year.

Would anyone be able to send me a copy of the Santa/Holiday shoppe letter they use? I would really appreciate it. We are doing it on our own this year and I can't find the copy of last years. UGH!!!

Thanks so much

(Edit: PS -- Please post these to the File Exchange and then just include a link here. Tim)
