I think that is a wonderful idea! Our school is 59% Hispanic and we would love to get the parents more involved at the school. Let us know how it goes. Our Open House night is on the 18th. We might have to do something like that!

Hi Everyone!! First I have to say that this is a wonderful site full of ideas and great information. I was wondering if I could get some help. I am new to my position as a hispanic outreach worker, and I would like to have a booth at my back to school night. My goal is to get more parents involved in volunteering and participating in thier childs education. I have lots of great brochures in spanish, but I am not sure what else to provide. Since I have never done a back to school night I do not know where to start, what types of information should I have at my booth? I am open to any ideas.
