I received our schools Leapster Raffle package today. I guess I still have sand in the brain... I can't figure out if we charge for the raffle entries or parents just fill out an entry form with no money - or is it optional? I assumed it was a $1 or $2 to enter (raising money for the PTO) but the packet said nothing about money. I am fine with not charging, we did not pay for the system - I just did not want to miss the boat here.
