I also did a puzzle theme. Ours is "Our team fits together piece by piece. Without you, we would be incomplete. Which piece are you?" I have that as the heading and then I have the committees and titles of each group that are involved in completing our PTO, ie teachers, parents, admin... each are printed on a puzzle piece.

My Co-President and I are starting our bulletin boards already. We picked out some really cute puzzle borders and puzzle piece die cuts. We thought about using Piecing Together Home and School, but just wanted to see what other ideas might be out there.
