We have a webpage at tripod.com it was free and has a lot of templates, it's very easy to use and update. The only draw back is popups . . . although, I usually only get one from vonage when I log in. check it out if you'd like to see a sample :) jeffersonmorganpto.tripod.com

Try PowWeb.com. I do not use their Web builder service and I don't know how much extra that is, but you get a ton of space and bandwidth in your price range.

Our group is just getting started with this -- I am moving it all off of the district servers for a little flexibility and freedom. POwWeb and BraveNet were the finalists. Brave Net has excellent user-friendly tools.

If you do not need a lot of space, Freeservers.com will be good, too. For a few dollars a month, they eliminate the banner ads.

If you don't expect too much from me, you might not be let down. <img src=images/smilies/smile.gif>

We use www.orgsites.com Its free and the template is very easy to figure out. Its makes a nice, simple website which is all our little PTO needs. Feel free to check out ours.
