I have scheduled a meeting tomorrow night with parents to begin planning our Spring Festival. The main purpose of this meeting is to hopefully sign up volunteers for the many tasks involved in putting on this event. I have no idea if 1 or 200 people will show up. I've never led a parent meeting like this before. What can I do to make it more interesting? What sort of things do I need to discuss? Any ideas?
