key word CHILDREN. take this matter to your head of school ASAP and let them handle it. (I wonder why parents of those kids havent done so themselves, or maybe they have) this is for staff, not parent group, to address.
I am the Board Vice-pres and we have a grandmother who is a chair person for few of our family activites. She does a tremendous amount of work and organizing but she is a bully. We have had numerous amount of complains about her from parents and childern. We don't have any other volanteers to replace her and we are not sure how to handle her. She comes across as bossy and katty. We have talked to her before but she continues to do things her way. What is the best way to approch her and explain to her that her people skills needs improvement??
