IT was 100% positive!! Everyone loved it !
kids, teachers, staff & parents. It was talked about for weeks.
I also attending the first school staff meeting that afternoon just to introduce myself and give an overview of the PTG. ~ especially to tell the teachers how important it is to "see" them either at meetings or events.
The following week was our first meeting, and we had 80% of teachers attend and a nice amount of parents. I would say the attendance doubled from the year before! We had been lacking with teacher support, but that has since changed!
Communication and making yourself visible really makes the difference!
