Help! I am the new PTO President at our Charter school (and new to this website) and the Past President can't seem to let go! At our 1st PTO Board meeting she came and tried to run the meeting. My poor team members(some who were on the Board last year) were so conflicted. Have any of you had this issue and what did you do? Our By-Laws do not have a position for Past Presidents. But she is making a new role for herself and wants to change the By-Laws to make this a permanent decision . Any help would be so appreciated.
