For our Open House table this coming fall we will have the tri-fold board with pictures from the events. This allows people to see what is going on and how much fun there was instead of just listing the events. If you know of anyone who does scrappbooking get them involved to make the poster. That is a hobby of mine and I find it helps with the creativity. As for balloons I love them I use them at every event we have. Sometimes you could order balloons with the school mascot on them. Just be careful not to over-do maybe 2 at a table. you have to be careful of the children and some adults who have the latex allergy. Sometimes just one balloon will set them off. We spoke to our school nurse to find out if there was anyone we needed to be careful of. Good Luck

I am new at this so I need HELP!! We are to have tables set up for open house. One for Tshirts, agendas, PTO sign up etc.. The volunteer table is to have a trifold poster with the events listed. I am NOT creative. Any ideas on how to make this fun and simple please let me know. I thought setting up balloons on the other tables would be good. Is this corny??
