Dove has a new and incredible program to help build self-esteem in girls that is an extension of their successful campaign for real beauty... they are working with the Girl Scouts of America to implement the "uniquely ME!" program and have great workbooks for girls and for girls/moms that you can buy.... also consider pulling a group of girls or girls and moms together and do your own workshop... go to their website and explore!!! IT IS GREAT!!!

I've never heard of either of those organizations. Are they everywhere?

How about Masonic organizations, either Rainbow for Girls or Jobes Bethal's. These organizations are for young women. Their adult advisors might be able to help you out.

What about a local child psychologist or expert in that area.
