Hi: I'll be coordinating the efforts to create a PTO for small private school of 75 families. The max of families for the school in the future is no more than 90.The administration ask us to plan the Teacher's Appreciation week for this year. I'm thinking about fundraising events too. (no more than 3 per semester) Next week we are going to have our first meeting to start the planning process of the PTO and our first activity. I will appreciate any idea on how to sttart a PTO.
