Behavior issues in class....can PTO assist? was created by allsmiles108
Our school has real behavior issues in the classroom and in hallways. It is frustrating for teachers and students. The PTO would like to assist the Prinicpal and teachers with this opportunity. Has anyone taken on such a project? So far, we have taken a survey with the students and are taking the results to the Site Based Decision Making Council for their review and a Teacher Survey is in the works.

We are trying to get volunteers in the classrooms to assist teacher, however, with working parents and schedules, this is a slow process.

Principal is cooperative...however, do not want to put her on the defensive with this issue.

Any ideas/suggestions will be appreciated!
