Our school is in the same boat as you.

So far I've seen trying dinner at a mtg (or catered snacks), tying a theme (ie. Heritage, Art show, Talents show, Magician) to your mtg's, offering childcare (ie. HS Keyclub, Teachers, YMCA, HS sport team), have an agenda (even make it available bfore hand or online), make 'em stick to the agenda, socialize with as many parents as possible. And have fun..!! PTO Attendance was created by lseaton
Just returned from our PTO meeting. Our school has 450 families and there were 15 people, including the four officiers, at our meeting. Any ideas on how to increase attendance?
