I have big name tags for everyone to fill in as they arrive. They put their name in the middle then I have other info for them to put in each corner: # of kids, grades they are in, is this your first meeting, new to this school. We've used this before and put fun things like your favorite color, favorite food, etc. Then we give the parents a few minutes to mingle and look for others with the same answers.

Hey Rocky, watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat.

We are having our first PTO Meeting tonight and want to start the meeting off right. Does anyone have a fun game or Ice Breaker to do the first couple minutes of the meeting?
