How many different chairpersons do you have and what are their responsiblities for a silent auction? Some that I can think of
1. chairperson
2. Food Chair
3. Raffle Chair
4. Ticket Chair
5. Finance Chair
6. Tally Chair
7. Solitication Chair
8. Decoration chair
9. Basket Chair
10. Volunteer Chair

If you have or have not used any of these please let me know the pros and cons. We have a small school of roughly 144 students. We are adding 4th - 6th grade so our silent auction is our biggest fundraiser to help start the new grades. Our past auction cleared $21K but we had a lot of parents bid alot plus we are a private school. Please feel free to email me This email address is being protected from spambots.
