How do you work with a prinicpal that's a control freak? Our Prinicpal wants EVERYTHING cleared through him. Every year we hold an event for the parents and kids. He did not attend the meeting with the chairperson and the teachers. Things were agreed upon-come AUgust I do those things-but the CONTROL FREAK is pissed and sent me a nasty email. Saying that he was not informed-the teachers and chairperson made the plans and I carried them out. NOW despite all of my hard work he's making me take everything down and we're talking about 6-8 hours of work I did myself. I understand NOW that everything has to be cleared through him but how do I work with him after he's shown that hes the one in control? By the way-did I metion that I'm just a mom, new to this, and oh yeah...I along with the other paretns in the distrcit PAY HIS salary let's not forget that-who should be working for who???????
