Whose Job Is It?



A short story about four people, Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody.


There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody’s job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it but Nobody realized that everybody could not do it. It ended that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.



Get involved, it is the only way to insure somebody does something that will benefit yours and everybody’s students

I am trying to remember and find a poem about volunteering that goes something like Somebody needs to do____ and goes on discussing how somebody else should take care of getting things done. Are any of you familiar with this poem?
