Could someone send me ANY information that you have on welcome folders, exmaple of letters and so forth? New to PTO and outgoing members are unwilling to share information with new VP's. Any help would greatly be appreciated!

We got our folders at lots of different places depending on who had the lowest price. Kmart had a big sale so we bought a bunch there and we also got them at Office Depot and Staples. During the August back-to-school sales we got them for no more than 15 cents apiece. I printed up labels on my computer and we ran the master through the copy machine and stuck a label on each one. This was a really successful project for us and we got lots of compliments about our folder full of information. It really made our information stand out from the rest of the stuff sent home.
