At the end of the year we hold a thank you dinner for all of our volunteers. We send out a flyer with a request to send an RSVP so that we know how many people will be attending. In the past we have catered the dinner but this year the parents have requested that we do it as a pot luck. We will provide the meat and drinks and the parents are bringing the desserts and side dishes. We also introduce our new board at this meeting so that all the volunteers will be familiar with their faces. Good Luck with your plans.
