I agree...........there should be an easier way. Either another site or is there a way we could be adding them somewhere here? Tim?
I have offered forms and checklists myself. I put my e-mail in the message and have people request directly from me simply because I forget what I offered and what message it was in. This has worked fairly well and hopefully I didn't forget anyone.
I think that's a fantastic idea. It always seemed to me that all the emailing was too cumbersome. I don't really have any documents to offer, but I see many on this site that I would like to have. I usually don't request them though, because I figure those people may not come back to the site for days or weeks. And that if they are as busy as I am, they probably don't have time to check each new post to see if they've emailed that person. I always thought there should be an easier way.
I've been learning alot about the PTO this year, through working with my own, and reading this site religously.
The biggest obstical I've noticed is everyone needs forms, formats, files, lists, letters. from teacher surveys to auction letters. editable resources.
And the only way to find them is if someone says they will email it and then everyone wants a copy an the originator has to send email after email.
I can put a site together, that would allow everyone to go to the website and download their document of choice.
The documents can be msword, excel, publisher etc. a person can view them and copy them for them to edit.
I do not have alot of so called documents, but if everyone was to send me there own helpful ones I bet we could amass a pretty good library together.
