It works pretty well for us. Maybe you could send a small notice home asking if anyone would be willing to be a room parent for a class other than their own child's.

Just had our board meeting last night. We had hoped to have all of our room parents picked out by now. We have alot of activities coming up and not a lot of volunteers signed up. Please help!!!
