The first thing I would do is find a local artist that would donate their time. You could even go to you high school art club. One of our retired teachers painted murals on the library walls of the other elementary school and at our pre-k a Mom donated her time to paint children on the walls of the building. It looks very professional too. Most people like this just enjoy painting and do not ask for much if anything.

You could look in the yellow pages for people who paint signs, they often do bigger jobs such as that.

Hi All! We are interested in painting some of our cement pillars that we have throughout campus. We want them to represent
character..example...responsible, kindness, thoughtful stuff like that. Anyways my question to you all is this. Where do I begin to find a contractor for something like this? I am hoping maybe someone out there has done something similar and can direct us in the right direction. Thanks for the help!!
