Hi Guys...okay new question=) Years ago our school hosted some daytime educational events such as a science day, kindergarten circus, early american day, etc. For some reason throughout the years they were all dropped. I have had some positive responses from some staff and parents that it would be nice to hold two fun/educational events during the day during the school year.
My principal is worried that it will disturb teaching time, and that we just can't do it.I told her that we would do all the work and the teachers would just have to bring the kids down to the event. I would love to do a Holiday Diversity showcase during December and think it would be alot of fun for the kids. I am just wondering how many of you do daytime events and what you do? In case you are wondering why day time, we do about 5/6 family fun nights and this way we can hit all kids.
