I think your survey is terrific. I wish we had more parents email addresses so we could do something like this.

I took your survey. I would like to see that used in our school. But I do have a question, What are you doing for the people that does not have a computer or you don't have their email?

I also took your survey and it worked well and was easy to use. I had some conerns and ?'s before choosing to use it for our group;

1. Who sees the information besides you?
2. How much did it cost YOU to offer the survey you did? Do you have the free membership?
3. Is there a little man in an office somewhere compiling a report on volunteerism? And if he is can I get a COPY! ha ha.

Thanks for brining this to our board. I have wanted to do an online survey for a while but am leary about who sees what. I suppose you didn't ask for personal information though . . .
