We do ours the same way. I had found their website and it looked pretty neat so was just wondering if anyone had any expierence with them

We were just discussing newsletters--our school is a bit weird because we have two groups, a PTA and us (we're currently raising money for a playground, but hope to expand to be more of a foundation for our school). We'd like to have our own newsletter, but are afraid it will separate us even more from our PTA. We're hoping for an insert in their newsletter.

No, any info we distribute we do ourselves. Nothing fancy, like insurancemom's, but we like to keep anything we put out there light with things like fun graphics, and our info tends to be brief.

We do not use anyone for ours - we just put the info in a word document and copy enough for each class. It may not be fancy and it is just a front sheet of paper with a financial statement on the back (balance statement or budget update), but we get it done. And by we I mean the PTO secretary does it, e mails it to the PTO board members, we take a quick look to add or change info and e mail back our okay of it. She copies and distributes it.
