We're about at that half-year point, and my PTO board is puttering out. I must admit to joining their lack of motivation at this point, which happens to be the end of a two-year committment for me. So I'm really losing steam! I just want to take the path of least resistance to see it through to the end of the year. We have a ski day planned in February, a movie night in April, and the annual carnival (HUGE event) in May. Apart from those, we have to elect new board members for next year - quite possibly ALL seats! :eek:

Any words of encouragement? Either for me personally or for me to offer my board?
