Somewhere there was a thread about this and someone had done this form for their group.....it's a nice form...let me look....

I am in the middle of creating a questionar for parents regarding what type of skills we are in need of (accounting, web design, etc.) also what type of volunteer opportunities are available for next year. Has anyone elso done this? No sense recreating the wheel here if someone might be willing to share. Thank you!
