What we did one year ---I had a volunteer from each class call all the parents in their room. They just called them up, introduced themselves and told them what they needed. It is time consuming, but when split up with that many parents, it's not so bad. This helped incredibly. Oh and sometimes...... it does help to beg!!!! Keep your spirits up - it will work!!!
