Sent you copies of the summer letter I sent home to families and the one to the teachers... along with the tri-fold "calendar" (which I think I sent you before). Also our committee descriptions and sign-up form and finally our membership "letter" for incoming families.

Can anyone email me examples/ideas for pamphlets to pass out to parents with information on joining the pto. what works/doesnt etc. also what wording helps to get people to volunteer, etc. any letters you have sent home with students re: join the pto would be great - we need to increase membership and get more volunteers. we have 420 students and only 10 - 15 pto members. usually only 1 or 2 teachers attend. ideas on what to send to teachers to get them to participate? i'm looking for memos, brochures, handouts etc. as examples please. thanks.
