Each year we host a Halloween parade. The kids are all in costume, accompanied by an adult. The local high school marching band, or part of it,is on hand. The band plays music and leads us all, usually about 200 people, around the block. There is no formation or anything, we just walk. This is then followed by dancing to halloween music in the gym. We do have a police involvement to help with traffic. The kids LOVE being in a parade and it is an organizational breeze.
