I saw a program on Oprah a few years ago. It was called escape school. The program leader at the time was Ken Stuber. A local funeral home brought him to our community for a session. It was great. He actually did hands on demonstrations with the children. It was held in the evening at a local high school. Try surfing the net for escape school. The program was great! My son really learned alot. Over the weekend I saw a show about a seminar that comes to schools and teaches young children how to protect themselves from being abducted by strangers, but I cannot for the life of me remember what show it was on or what it was called. What I do remember was that it was started by a funeral home that did not want to do any more children's funerals due to this type of thing. With all the recent headlines about this sort of thing,I was thinking about having our PTO do this at our school. Does anyone have any information about this?
