problem fundraisers

Here,s the story....We started a booster's club for all funraising activities. Many of us are tired of the same old activities that were implemented by the PTL (CLIQUE)and quite frankly didn't work anymore.(PTL was re-organized to do Parent / Teacher activities only) So behold, on the sencond day of school a PLT officer who is also a School board member implements a fundraising activity without consulting the Booster club or anyone else. We told her last year No and especially no fundraiser to start on the first day of school. This is a the fundraiser no one wanted anymore, but she can't seem to give it up. School administration is saying " its for the school, she will bring in some $$". This is not the point. The booster club members are very upset and frankly don't feel they want to participate anymore. We specifically voted as a group and they went behind everyones back to continue the same old ineffective selling fundraisers (these people couldn't sell to save their souls) Advice anyone?
