In our PTO everyone gets a copy of the minutes and they are still read aloud. Everyone also gets a copy of the treasury report.

We have an issue coming up on the reading of the minutes from our prior meetings. In the past the minutes were always read aloud to the membership with only the executive board getting copies. Our new recording secretary wants to hand out copies to everyone and not read them aloud. How do other PTO?PTA's handle this? Thanks in advance
