I am looking for a code of conduct type thing to use for our volunteer program. I have great code of conduct for board members that I got off here, but I would like to see one specifically for volunteers.
Also I wondered what kind of training you had for your volunteers. In the past I've done an informational type meeting such as what is expected and what they should expect and also to get them familiar with the copiers and other machines. I was going to do a conflict resolution but never got around to that.
