I just met with the new board this week and then we won't meet again until the week before school starts.

I'm pres this year and I thought it would be wise to get the newbies and oldies together while things were fresh in our heads for what happened over the past year (what worked, what didn't and so on).

We created a new budget and set dates for events in the first couple of months. It was a good meeting and we all felt we walked away accomplishing much.

We will meet with the old board and new board in June. Any information that needs to be passed on is done at this time and any questions answered. Then me meet monthly and more during busy times.

We are starting up a new year, and about 50% new board. I am planning on getting everyone together this month (June) so we can be sure we are all on the same page before starting the summer (some will have stuff to do already).

When do you get everyone together for the first time? Does anyone have a good agenda for this meeting?
