Thank you for that FYI. I forgot about the useful resources having sample bylaws. Just viewed them. A lot stated page not available though.

There are a bunch posted on this site under the "useful resources" section (see the frame at left under "PTO basics").

I'm looking for PTO's who are willing to share their bylaws with me. We are a public K-5 with 500 students (if this matters). The bylaws have not been changed for 15+ years and now those of us currently on the board want and need the bylaws updated. We made adjustments but keep running into contradicting parts etc. I would like to see other PTO bylaws IF YOU"RE WILLING TO SEND TO ME.
