I don't have any suggestions for Conference Calls specifically except to find a telephone that can do it (not just advertise that it can...like MY phone.) [img]smile.gif[/img]
We placed a special section into our By-Laws to allow for conference calls so long as every party can hear every other party. It's happened in the past that calls were made individually to each person and the caller was less than truthful about what "everyone else" had said.
The new board takes Email to a whole new level. We use Email for everything by CCing the entire board. We use a "majority vote" system so we only need three "yes"s to pass something. If someone doesn't check their email for a week they may miss a lot. This works with our current board, but we may not work in the future, so we're trying to come up with a fail-proof system for our bylaws for the future boards.
I need help in finding out how to begin conference calls. I would like to take the meetings to a new level. Conference call and web page ideas would be great. Thanks.
