forthekids,
I've seen groups that were defacto run by the superintendent as well as by the principal. Both of those situations are wrong. A member of the administration is a representative member of the executive board, but not an elected officer of your organization. I'm curious as to why you don't have a President or VP, but the Secertary or Treasurer should take charge of your meeting.

Does anyone else have a pto that is run by the pricipal? We have a treasurer and a sec. I'm wonder if anyone else has run into this.
TIA for your input.
