past president sabotaging

Help! This year the schools in our district consolidated into one buiding. The past president of one of the PTAs is not happy that I was elected President of the new group. She acts like she is helping but, she remains the fundrasiing chair) she is actually sabotaging the events she is involved with. She made arrangements for deliveries according to her schedule and then at the last minute says she can't be there. She asked for help for the fundraiser she is heading and then tells everyone that I got involved and messed everything up (including missing money). She agreed to she make arrangements for a fundraiser and then when we chose a local company rather than the company her school always dealt with she never made the arrangements. So I keep going behind her and fixing things but I am getting nervous that she will really bring this group down.
I know you can't fire a volunteer especially one who is so visible but she doesn't want to work with us. This is a tough year because we are consolidated so I would like to keep things positive but I am feeling manipulated. Help!
